Community

Explore your own strength and find your people in a welcoming and inclusive space

  • We recommend tight-fitting leggings and top. Bodysuits and leotards with leggings are great! No belts or metal accessories while in the apparatus.
    Above everything - wear something that you can move in and you feel comfortable.

  • For those new to aerials we recommend trying a range of classes.

    Aerial classes
    Start with a foundations class in an aerial apparatus that speaks to you - lyra, hammock, silks or fly pole!

    Flow art classes
    Our all-levels hula hoop class is a great way to explore a flow movement style. We provide the hula hoops, so just come ready to smile.

    Active flexibility
    Mobility is an important part of balanced body movement. We offer an all-levels active flexibility class great for those earlier or farther along in their mobility/bendy journey.

  • Whichever one makes you most excited. Each foundations class is slower paced to help you get acquainted with how to move in each apparatus. If you have any specific questions don’t hesitate to reach out. We are always happy to recommend something based on your movement background and interest

  • Nope! Come as you are. We have classes for all levels and our instructors can help with modifications within class.
